You can request a return or exchange 30 days from the date of purchase.  If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. (Christmas Gifts are an exception)

You can request and manage returns in your account or please email us for a return code with the reason you would like a return or exchange to hello@irresistiblegiftboutique.com

To be eligible for a return or exchange, please ensure your item is unused and in the same condition that you received it.

We are unable to accept returns of briefs for hygiene reasons but we do offer sizes from a 6 to 18 with dual sizes, so if you need a size 12 for example you can choose between a 10/12 or a 12/14 to get the perfect fit.

We don't accept returns on gift cards. 

 

 

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and your refund will be processed. The refund will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your bank account or contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
