We offer Free Standard Delivery Worldwide and an option to upgrade if you need your lingerie in a hurry, please select your option at the checkout.
We want you to be 100% happy with your order and we understand you might need to return or exchange an item.
You can request a return or exchange 30 days from the date of purchase.  If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. (Christmas Gifts are an exception)

To be eligible for a return, please ensure your item is unused and in the same condition that you received it.
We are unable to accept returns of briefs for hygiene reasons but we do offer sizes from a 6 to 18 with dual sizes, so if you need a size 12 for example you can choose between a 10/12 or a 12/14 to get the perfect fit.
We don't accept returns on gift cards. 

As we offer Free Delivery, returns are paid for by the customer. Return shipping costs are non-refundable.

It is worth using a trackable service or purchasing insurance. We can't guarantee that we will receive your returned item so it is much better to send it using a tracked service to ensure you receive your refund.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. 

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your bank account or contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
