With all the uncertainty in the world right now and so much change in your personal world with family, work and finances. It can feel overwhelming. As we all get used to a different way of of life maybe it's an opportunity to look at what we are learning from the experience collectively and how we can use that to move forward.

I've been thinking about the inspiration behind my collections this week and they always start with colour. Beautiful vibrant colour palettes and colour combinations. I think you can bring so much joy into your life by filling it with colour.
Self-worth - How do you find it and hang on to it?
As International Women's Day is around the corner on Sunday 8th March 2020, I have been thinking a lot about celebrating women's achievements and forging equality, but also about women's self-worth and how we can hang on to our self-worth in a culture that promotes outside validation. Whether it is likes and comments on Facebook or followers on Instagram or messages and comments from loved ones. How can we maintain a sense of peace that we are enough just as we are.
